With over 200 expected participants, this event is a once-a-year opportunity to meet in person with elected county commissioners, councilmembers, and executives from across the state in one convenient location.

Attendee Costs

The number of complimentary attendee registrations varies by Corporate Member level and selected exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities. Conference registrations include access to the full conference and meals (excluding invite-only events).

  • Exhibit table: 1 conference registration + 1 guest ticket to one evening event
  • $10,000 Sponsorship: 3 conference registrations + 3 guest tickets to one evening event
  • $5,000 - $7,500 Sponsorship: 2 conference registrations + 2 guest tickets to one evening event
  • $1,500 - $4,000 Sponsorship: 1 conference registration + 1 guest ticket to one evening event

Cost for additional attendees for those needing more conference registrations than what's included above:

  • Corporate Members, State Agencies, or Non-profits (excluding non-profit trade groups for for-profit members): $500 per additional attendee
  • Non-Corporate Members with a sponsorship or exhibit table: $600 per additional attendee

Cost for business attendees only without a sponsorship or exhibit table:

  • Business Attendee (Non Member) $800
  • Corporate Member $500
  • One-Day Only $300

Attendee Registration

Please indicate the total number of attendees you plan to have at the conference, including those at the exhibit table, to ensure an accurate headcount. Names and email addresses will be required for all in attendance.

Please exclude those who will be attending as guests for just one evening event.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibit tables and attendee costs will be eligible for a full refund until August 3rd. A 50% refund is available from August 4th until September 30th. No refunds will be issued after September 30th.

All conference sponsorships are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

All cancellations must be sent via email to Jessica Roth: [email protected].

Additionally, companies may not share an exhibit space without prior permission from WSAC staff. The registered company sharing exhibitor space with another company without prior approval will be invoiced for two tables and the cost for all attendees.

After your registration is reviewed and confirmed, an email with your invoice and payment instructions will be sent to the email address you provided. Payment is accepted via ACH, check, or credit card. Please note, credit card processing fees apply. ACH is preferred, as it is fast, secure, and free.
